I once created a track called "Violet Sun" that almost went unnoticed. It was recorded during the same time as my SpaceArtRock album, which had more songs than were actually released. Looking back, I regret not including this track on the album, perhaps as its opening. Despite being almost complete, the song always stayed with me because of its brooding synth intro, simple riffs, and unusual vocal verses.

Unintentionally, I was tapping into something deeper when I wrote this song. In a way, I was foreseeing the challenges that we would face in the future. "Violet Sun" reminds me of the conclusion of Citizen Kane. The music video featuring "The Fool" became our most-watched video in just one day since we posted it last night.

For me, the "Violet Sun" symbolizes the rose-colored glasses that foolish people wear to justify their egregious offenses against anyone. There are individuals out there who will always attempt to rationalize their criminal actions, and this song serves as a reminder to be vigilant.
